This song strays away from our usual sludgy industrial slowcore into more contemplative areas. Pete wrote a piece about his trainwreck of a relationship using a discarded dresser as a metaphor and asked Russell to write some Jesu-inspired riffs to talk over. We had trouble getting an authentic vocal performance, so we set up the recording rig in Pete's bedroom and got drunk. In the morning, he rolled out of bed and was able to channel all the despair and heartache.
